Not yet registered?  Please e-mail us with your request to activate your new Patient Portal account or if you need to request a new login/password.  Once your account has been activated, we will contact you by e-mail with your new login/password.

Please note: You will need a separate Patient Portal account for each child.

Through our expanded web-based patient portal, you will have 24/7 secure online access to your child's medical information.  Specific portal features include:

•  Appointments

•  Review the date and time of all of your prior and upcoming appointments.

•  Cancel future appointments.

•  Receive online appointment reminders.

•  Contact Hirsch Pediatrics directly

•  Send a secure online question or message to the office (see note below).

•  Lab results

•  Review results for many labs as soon as they are available including rapid strep tests, throat cultures, and urine cultures.

•  Statement/account balances

•  View all of your current and previous statements.

•  eHealth Summary

•  Immunization history - which you can view and print out for your own or daycare/school records.

•  Medication history – can view and request refills.

•  Vital signs - from most recent appointment including weight and height.

•  Demographic updates

•  Update your phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses.

•  Keep your preferred pharmacy up-to-date so we can electronically send all of your prescriptions to be ready when you arrive.

Note: The use of e-mail for patient related concerns is only for non-urgent communication and general guidance. Because e-mail communication will only be used by Hirsch Pediatrics to provide abbreviated and relatively short answers to patient questions, it should not be used as a substitute for more detailed advice that can be given over the phone or at an appointment. If you have any significant or ongoing concerns, please call the office instead of sending an e-mail.
